About Maria

Hi, I’m Maria Hynan—a mom of three, real estate agent, entrepreneur, and lifelong creative. Before launching my real estate career, I spent over a decade in manufacturing, including seven years in management, and later helped run my husband’s insurance agency, overseeing HR, hiring, onboarding, and licensing. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in communication, organization, and problem-solving that I now bring to every real estate transaction.


Since entering real estate, I’ve had the privilege of helping families navigate one of life’s biggest decisions and have quickly built a successful business through hard work, genuine relationships, and a people-first approach. I love helping clients see the potential in a home, whether they’re buying their first house, finding acreage for their family, or preparing to sell.


When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me cheering on my kids at their sporting events, training for my next race, hiking, or baking sourdough and my famously loved chocolate chip cookies. I also own Hynie Farms Baked Goods, a small farm stand born from my love of baking and bringing people together. Whether I’m helping a client find the perfect home or sharing a fresh loaf of sourdough with a neighbor, my goal is always the same: to serve others with honesty, care, and a personal touch.
